Good product, easy to use, however some times have faulty screen or micro SD with failure, most games run fluency, except those of Dreamcast and some of ps1 are difficult, it takes 2 to 3 weeks to reach chili, A negative point is that the screen does not resist blows, it comes out with stripes or lights uneven, for the same reason I do not recommend it for very young children, another negative point is that if it goes bad they ask you to return chili, preliminarily assuming the shipping cost.

I never received the package. The page has a “confirm arrival” button but no way of saying that it didn’t arrive. I contacted OnTrac, the courier, and they said they never found the package. On the day that the package was supposedly delivered, I received a duplicate of a different package. I think it’s possible this is the cause of the confusion. I would rather get my product than my money back so hopefully you can fix the error and resend the package. My main frustration comes from the website making it really difficult to communicate with the correct people. If I get my product, I will be happy. Does not weigh, and has rear buttons also apart from the front ones. Everything is configurable and if you want to be updated and comes with arkos 2 and a very cool theme.

A cheap console perfect to play games up to playstation 1. How bad I lost the games as the card was formatted, you should buy it a separate card to use it. Even so, it is very worth it for the price it has. It would be better product if the micro sd card did not stop working as soon as you turn on the console, as I lost all the games.
